Kristi Lafree
Kristi Lafree is currently a sophomore at Indiana University Bloomington, where she's double majoring in Journalism and Political Science. She's been with the GOP SJC since May 2008.
In addition to working for the GOP SJC, Kristi writes for the editorial board of the Indiana Daily Student. She was recently named the Vice President of Marketing of the Student Alumni Association for 2009-2010.
Last summer, Kristi won the National Federation of Republican Women Pathfinder Scholarship, an award given in the honor of First Lady Nancy Reagan. She recently won the Ronald Reagan College Leaders Scholarship, and was named one of the top 100 conservative student activists in the country.
Kristi will be interning with Faulkner Strategies in the summer of 2009. She hopes to work in political communications or political marketing following her graduation in 2011.
Kristi resides in Mishawaka during the summers, and is a Penn High School graduate. She enjoys watching sports, especially baseball, and is an avid Chicago Cubs fan.
